Return Window You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after 14 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.
Item Condition To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags still attached. Items that show signs of wear, damage caused by the customer, or are missing original tags will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please email us at goodermotemeraz337@hotmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return. Our team will respond within 1 business day with instructions on how to proceed.
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return packages.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at goodermotemeraz337@hotmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will cover all return shipping costs and send you a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional charge.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return: final sale items, gift cards, and any items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size or style, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
